Education/Experience:                       

1. Evidence of mental and emotional maturity and stability.
2. Demonstrate aptitude and/or experience in working with children or youth.
3. High School Diploma or equivalent.
4. Ability to receive and process instructions.
5. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find acceptable.
