Must have RN license and current CPR certification.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate clinical services
- Provide and direct nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician
- Evaluate patient orders and plot start of care visits
- Determine patient home health benefits, medical necessity, and ongoing insurance approvals
- Assess patient needs and provide individualized care
Education & Experience:
- Current RN licensure in state of practice
- Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
