Position Summary: We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist/Interpreter to join our team. In this dual-role position, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors while also providing vital interpretation and translation services in Spanish to ensure effective communication across our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and compassion.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Schedule/reschedule appointments.
- Provide interpretation services in Spanish for client interactions, meetings, and phone calls.
- Translate written materials and documents between Spanish and English as needed.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive client information.
- Support general office operations, including data entry, filing, and supply management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications preferred).
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
- Prior experience in reception, customer service, or interpretation is a plus.
- Proficient with office technology, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
