Swim School Site Manager -Randolph

JOB OPPORTUNITY!!! North Jersey Aquatics is looking to hire one more Site Managers/Deck Coordinator/Parent Liaisons for our Randolph location! We are seeking an upbeat, organized, person that is great at talking to parents and can work in person as well as complete some admin work that can be done during the day or evening at home. IMMEDIATE NEED is for SUNDAY 11:30am-2:00pm, MONDAY 4:30pm-7:00pm and TUESDAY 4:30pm-7:30PM, but additional shifts may be available as well. The admin tasks at home will be approx 1-2 hours per day to prep for the shifts at the pool. This would be perfect for a mom looking for a few extra hours per week, or someone who is working during the day and wants to supplement their day job with some extra income. Person must be at least 18yrs old, and ideally has customer service experience, and enjoys leading a team of instructors and coaches!

Qualifications and Skills

At least 2 years of front desk experience

Display leadership skills and act as a role model for instructor staff

Ability to work in fast paced environment

Ability to multitask

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Punctual, organized and professional

Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn other customer database

Have a flexible schedule, including some weekends

Supervisory Responsibilities

Directly Supervise Instructors

Manage and coordinate on-site schedule

Carry out supervisory responsibilities per policies

Client Facing Responsibilities

Welcome and check in/out swimmers

Troubleshoot parent/swimmer or class issues

Compile and prepare daily parent feedback for senior management

Position Details

This position will be a part time hourly position. This person will be on sight at our Randolph location on Sunday 11:30am-2:00pm, Monday 4:30pm-7:00pm and Tuesday 4:30pm-7:30PM, or depending on the needs of the business.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 3 per week
