What You’ll Do:
- Provide Exceptional Care: Deliver high-quality endodontic treatments (root canals, retreatments, and other procedures), conduct dental examinations, and assessments to educate, diagnose, and treat dental conditions effectively in a patient-focused, compassionate manner.
- Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with our referring general dentists and specialists to ensure seamless patient care and optimal treatment outcomes.
- Make a Name for Yourself: As the main Endodontist in a new practice, you will play a leading role in the development and growth of the office by marketing to new and current referrers.
- Stay Organized: Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix Ascend.
- Mentorship & Development: Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education, training, and the mentorship provided by our team of experienced endodontists.
- Influence Practice Culture: Be a key part of building a positive, team-oriented culture focused on patient care, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience and Skills: A New Jersey licensed Endodontist with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Committed to Growth: A provider eager to build a strong foundation for their career and grow alongside a company with significant potential for advancement.
- Technical Proficiency: Previous knowledge in using software such as Dentrix Ascend and Carestream is a plus.
