Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients with breast and head and neck cancer
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals

- Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and timely
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR) or Physical Therapist (PT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
