- Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, RN, LPN, you will play a vital role in the care of patients by performing basic nursing care and support tasks on assigned units.
- Provide patient care such as : ambulation, bathing, toileting, obtaining vital signs, all while maintaining a safe environment.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills to accurately convey patient information to RN, LPN and other members of the team in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate basic computer skills to accurately record vital patient information.Experience : Hospital experience-PreferredLicense / Certification / Education :
- BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association), CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant)-Required
