We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Clinical Services to lead our daily clinical operations and staff. Responsibilities : Attend Board MeetingsAttend all required internal and external Senior Management MeetingEnsure the highest quality of customer service is available for our patients and employees.Ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the communities in assigned city / county.Develop and increase the profitability and efficiency of each city and company-wide.Communicate the clinic mission, vision, values, and goals to all staff each city.Review monthly variance reports and financial statements with CEO and Senior Directors and address any budget variances.Monitor labor costs and hours and address concerns and action plans with CEO and Senior Directors.Monitor and respond to summary reports of operational and financial statistics, including monthly reporting package.Responsible for Providers / Physician contracting.Requirements : Degree in Healthcare Administration, or relevant experience in the healthcare industry5 years of operations and supervisory / management experience in clinical managementAbility to read and interpret financial statements and mange a budgetExperience in clinical management sales and marketing with proven successLeading people and teams, developing strategy, encouraging initiatives, motivating individuals, building a sense of common purpose, and empowering employeesProviding guidance and mentoring to staff, helping set the path for their personal and professional growthBenefits : Pay : 120,00 - 145,00$5,000 sign-on bonusHealth, Dental, VisionPaid vacation, holidays, Floating Holidays and sick leaveA positive working environmentJob Type : Full-time / In-Person with Flexibility to hybrid when needed8 hour shiftMay be required to work weekendsContact Recruiter at : askhr@nksthd.org
