Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in primary care and a strong interest in learning and personal growth to help patients with optimization through aging, weight management, and chronic disease prevention. You will work collaboratively with our healthcare team to diagnose, treat, and guide patients on their journey to optimal health.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, ensuring patient-centered care
- Educate patients on preventive healthcare, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications
- Implement and oversee hormone optimization and weight management protocols
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Order and interpret lab tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies
- Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted FNP license in Mississippi
- Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited program
- Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC)
- Experience in primary care, integrative medicine, hormone therapy, or weight management is a plus but we will train.
- Strong knowledge of chronic disease management, functional medicine, and wellness-focused care
- Passion for helping patients achieve long-term health goals through evidence-based treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a collaborative team environment
