North M-18 Veterinary Clinic is located in Gladwin, Michigan. We are dedicated to providing high-quality and compassionate care to our patients. Through education, preventative health care, and nutrition, our doctors and health care team can strengthen the Companion Animal Bond and help our clients and pets enjoy a long, healthy relationship.
We are fully prepared to assist you in critical patient care skills, client communication, and work/life balance. We are located in an area that has all season sports or outdoor activities to enjoy. Our work week is 9 am-5 pm Monday-Friday, with no emergency duty after hours or on weekends. We currently have two LVT’s, each of which is fully credentialed and willing to assist you during your workday. We also have three veterinary assistants, all of whom are very comfortable working together. They will coordinate with you when dealing with patients and the clients. We are flexible in being able to create a workday schedule that reflects your level of comfort and confidence when dealing with patients. We will focus on your ability to be your best self as a veterinarian!
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Veterinarian at North M-18 Veterinary Clinic in Gladwin, MI.
Our ideal candidate would be interested in the ongoing elevation of care with strong diagnostic skills. Additional interest in dentistry and/or Surgery is a plus! While we have developed an efficient workflow, we are always looking for ways to stay ahead. A team-oriented and engaged individual would fit in well with our team!
Qualifications
- Veterinary Medicine, Animal Care, and Surgery skills
- Diagnostic Imaging and Laboratory Testing skills
- Experience in dental procedures and preventive care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Compassionate and empathetic towards animals and their owners
- State veterinary license and DVM degree
