Position : ALL CLASSROOM TEACHING POSITIONS (Elementary, Middle School and High School). (Additional responsibilities for specific teaching assignments are considered separately).

- Valid Teaching Certificate
- High School English Certification Preferred
Reports to : Building Principal
Contract Year : (number of months) 9 months, unless stated otherwise.
Salary Range : Determined by Certified Salary Schedule.

Develop overall goals for the year consistent with curriculum.Plan sequential activities and projects which will implement the planned program.Schedule individual, group, and whole class activities.Obtain necessary supplies and equipment for all activities.Plan and prepare for all levels of student abilities.Major Responsibility No. 2 : Direct Teaching

Prepare mid-term progress reports.Prepare report cards.Confer with parentsMajor Responsibility No. 8 : Record Keeping

Maintain all required attendance and grade records.Maintain cumulative folders and cardsRecord money collections (room mothers, lyceums, pictures, lunches, etc.).Maintain classroom inventory of material and equipment.Major Responsibility No. 9 : Classroom Management
