We’re hiring servers for our opening team! We are looking for dedicated servers who are invested in welcoming our guests into an incredible and memorable experience. Successful candidates require great communication skills, a pleasant friendly attitude, and a strong passion for hospitality and growth.
The ideal candidate will possess:
· 2-3 years server experience in a similar environment
· Previous experience with restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems
· Highly Motivated & Excellent People Skills
· Great Personality
· BASSET Certified (or able to obtain certification)
· Serv safe Certified (or able to obtain certification)
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Able to multitask efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
