What are the responsibilities and job description for the High School Assistant Track Coach position at North Marion High School?
Assistant Track Coach
- Previous track coaching experience preferred
- Knowledge, experience and ability to effectively perform the duties of Assistant Coach as stated in the District Coaches Handbook/Coaching Responsibilities
- Ability to satisfactorily perform all physical requirements of assigned tasks with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to communicate effectively with parents, administration, players and staff
- Ability to work with community youth programs
- Hold or ability to acquire a First Aid/CPR card
- Hold or ability to acquire ASEP/NFHS, concussion, and steroid training
- Must complete all online safety trainings required by District
- Passage of a fingerprint-based criminal history verification required upon offer of employment
