Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging furniture and decorations as required.
- Serve food and beverages while adhering to food safety and handling guidelines.
- Monitor guest areas to ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the event.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest experiences during events, including catering services.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Support various event functions, including registration, guest services, and hospitality tasks as needed.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on helping others.
- Experience in catering or food industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hospitality practices, including food safety standards and catering operations.
- Ability to handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in serving areas.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
