As a Business Systems Administrator , you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of the CRM platform (HubSpot) and, similarly, in support of other related platforms. This includes configuring the system, developing and maintaining workflows, managing user access, troubleshooting issues, and implementing customizations to meet business needs. You will focus on system maintenance, ensuring data integrity, and providing platform support while keeping the platform(s) up to date with best practices and evolving business requirements. HubSpot e xperience is MUST.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration & Configuration
Manage and configure business systems, particularly HubSpot, including user access, settings, and customization.
Maintain and troubleshoot platform configurations, workflows, and user permissions to ensure systems are functioning as intended.
Data Management
Import data into business systems, primarily HubSpot, ranging from small batches to large scale data sets.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and assist in data troubleshooting.
Issue Resolution & Support
Collaborate with Business Systems Specialist to identify, track, and resolve issues raised by the business or identified via platform monitoring.
Provide hands-on support troubleshooting issues related to system access, workflows, and data.
Process Optimization
Collaborate with the Enablement and business teams to ensure systems are optimized for business processes, helping to refine workflows, improve usability, and address inefficiencies.
Act as a key resource in implementing new features or tools as identified by business requirements.
Reporting & Dashboard Management
Develop, configure, and maintain custom reports and dashboards in HubSpot to track key performance indicators, sales metrics, and other business critical data.
Design and implement reporting solutions, based on business requirements, that enable leadership and teams to monitor performance, identify trends, and make data driven decisions.
Experience Requirements
3 years in system administration or support, specifically in HubSpot.
Proven experience in configuring and maintaining CRM systems, including developing workflows, managing user access, and troubleshooting systems issues.
Experience in data management, including data imports, exports, and ensuring data integrity across systems.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights for business stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business technology related field.
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM administration and management.
Understanding of data management imports / exports.
HubSpot certification preferred
Prior experience in a business systems administrator role in a tech-focused environment is desirable.
