This position is responsible for providing patient education, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring clinical competence through continuing education. The Nurse Practitioner must demonstrate leadership skills to work independently, exercise professional judgment, and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, patients, and families while ensuring high-quality and cost-efficient patient care. JOB FUNCTIONS Patient Care : Assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients in the hospital setting according to the scope of practice outlined by the Board of Nursing, approved protocols, and national standards of practice as directed by the physician preceptor.
