Maintains productivity level at department targetEffectively carry out treatment plan established by licensed Physical TherapistRemains competent in the following areas : Modalities such as heat, cold, ultrasound, and electrotherapy, Therapeutic exercise, Gait training, Wheelchair transfersAttends and provides continuing education in-servicingServes as mentor for new employee(s) or volunteersServes as clinical instructor for PTA students after one year of experience as a clinicianCompletes documentation according to all regulations and in a timely mannerBudget :
Remains within monthly budget when ordering equipment and suppliesCharges patients appropriately and in a timely manner for treatment and equipmentOther :
Must be competent in use of computer for documentation and charging purposesClinical :
