Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Technologist to assist our supervisor with various tasks, including scheduling, quality control, and work flow organization.
- Ensure accurate and efficient transportation of lab-related supplies, equipment, and specimens.
- Develop strong communication skills to interact with NMHS staff, patients, and customers.
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting of department testing results.
**Responsibilities:
- Coordinate work flow of phlebotomists in Specimen Processing area.
- Supervise and train new employees on company procedures and policies.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure accurate test results.
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biological Science, or related field.
- ASCP certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist required within 12 months after graduation.
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record/history.
