- JOB SUMMARY
The Technician - Operating Room & Survey at North Mississippi Health Services is responsible for preparing surgical procedures by selecting supplies, instruments, and equipment, performing surgical counts, maintaining sterile techniques, assisting surgeons, and decontaminating clinical equipment. Their responsibilities include enforcing safety measures, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and managing various physical tasks such as lifting, pushing / pulling, sitting, walking, bending, and reaching. The role demands good communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle stress in a dynamic environment.

Surgical Tech certification from an Accredited program or will accept 1 yr. experience in lieu of certification
