**Clerical**: * Provides administrative support to NMMC and NMHS management (V.P. Financer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Clinical Support Services Administrator) to enhance their effectiveness * Performs duties in a timely, efficient, cost-effective, confidential, and professional manner conductive with the overall mission and vision of NMHS. * Assists with correspondence, scheduling of appointments/meetings and maintenance of meeting minutes * Performs other duties as assigned while demonstrating willingness, ability, and teamwork in an effort to provide optimal customer satisfaction **Liaison:** * Serves as a resource of information on policies and procedures, regulatory agencies, and the payroll system **Recordkeeping:** * Maintains Accounts Payable (A/P) for the department * Scribes, documents and maintains minutes of various meetings and committees as requested * Maintains confidentiality of patient/employee/organizational related information **Reports:** * Develops and produces statistical reports as needed **Requirements:**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required * Minimum of 3 yrs experience as an Administrative Secretary or Assistant required * Must possess strong clerical and organizational skills * Excellent written and verbal communication required * Working knowledge of computer skills required * Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point, required * Proficient in the use of various office equipment, required * Knowledge and skills needed to effectively serve an adult customer population
