**JOB SUMMARY** Certified Athletic Trainers (ATC) recognize and evaluate sports injuries. They provide first aid or emergency care; develop and carry out rehabilitation programs for injured athletes; and plan and implement comprehensive programs to prevent injury among athletes. Athletic trainers collaborate with medical doctors to provide emergency and follow-up care.
