Responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing the overall systems digital marketing strategy. * Develop, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy * Coordination of the digital marketing calendar * Train the Marketing and Communications team as needed * Stay up to date with latest digital technology trends and best practices * Manage all digital marketing channels and track performance * Work with graphic designer and marketing vendors or agencies to create visual concepts for marketing campaigns * Measure ROI and KPIs * In coordination with the Chief Marketing Officer, prepare and manage the digital marketing budget * Oversee all the organizations social media accounts and content creation * Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics * Develop an inbound marketing plan * Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement Job Knowledge: * Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field required; willing to consider High School diploma with three years of direct marketing experience in addition to the minimum experience requirement. * Minimum of five years of experience in digital marketing required * Three years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies preferred * Knowledge of all different digital marketing channels * Knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices * Knowledge and experience with web publishing * Three years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Google Analytics; experience with Customer Relationship management (CRM) software preferred
