North Mississippi Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates in Tupelo is seeking a skilled and committed Patient Communication Coordinator to join our Call Center team and assist us in delivering exceptional service and care to our patients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist our patients and referring dental offices with scheduling procedures for clinical visits.
- Answer a large volume of patient calls promptly while projecting a positive, caring attitude with each conversation.
- Have a good understanding of scheduling, insurance, and billing processes performed in dental offices.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently.
- Be dependable with an organized mindset.
- Enjoy interacting with patients and working collaboratively with a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- 1 years of Dental Office experience preferred, but not required.
- 1 or more years of customer focused experience.
- 1 or more years of call center experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
