Responsibilities:
Under the general supervision of the Principal or designee, supervise children on school grounds and buildings.
Maintain order and discipline using approved techniques, including proactive prevention strategies.
Assist staff with supervising student detention periods and other behavior modification activities.
A combination of experience and education equivalent to graduation from high school and two years of experience working with children is required.
Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, and maintain cooperative relationships with students, parents, teachers, co-workers, and administration.
Good knowledge of spoken and written English is required, and may also require knowledge of written and oral Spanish or another target language.
Requirements:
Proof of HS Graduation, G.Fingerprint clearance, TB Clearance, and completion of online training and employee paperwork prior to starting employment.
