Job Summary
Under the supervision of and direction of the assigned Administrator the Behavior Analyst is responsible for providing, support, consultation and training to school site administrators, staff, paraprofessionals, instructional assistants, support staff and teachers in Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports, across all three tier levels. The Behavior Analyst may conduct behavioral assessments, create and implement behavior intervention and escalation cycle management plans, run and implement evidence-based group interventions, provide related services on a student's IEP, and work closely with the school psychologist to support classrooms and students.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education and Experience :
Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
Experience in an educational setting developing and implementing behavior intervention plans for students
Advanced training or knowledge in the area of Applied Behavior Analysis and Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports
Licenses and other Requirements :
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
California Driver's License with evidence of insurability
Certified Wellness Coach (or in process of receiving certification)

- Copy of Transcript (Master's Degree from accredited college or university)
