Job Summary
- Property Management Company looking for 1 Office Assistant for the following positions:
1. Residential Leasing Department, duties include but not limited to & may be subject to change:
- Answer calls and respond to emails
- Assist with advertising and leasing items
- Assist in processing rental applications
- Help prepare move-outs and obtain move-out reports from managers/leasing agents
- Assist in sending 30-day notices of intent to vacate
- Assist in handling residential insurances
Qualifications and Skills
- Fluency in English & Spanish
- No experience required, training will be provided

Work Schedule
- Hybrid work schedule available. Each department is required to be physically present in the office at least twice a week, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.
- Mandatory in-person training at the office for the first 90 days of employment.
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
