This role also involves collaborating with department heads and organizational leaders to promote customer satisfaction. The Director will ensure alignment of processes with policies, maintain regulatory and security compliance, improve service metrics, develop roadmaps and business cases, and manage capital and operating budgets. Additionally, the Director will identify margin improvement opportunities, foster vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and renewal agreements, and provide executive summaries. Essential Functions
- Leads, mentors, guides, develops, and supports teams of IT professionals.
- Aligns technology strategies to organizational goals; creates resilient, scalable, and secure solutions.
- Executes technology projects; ensures timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Oversees daily IT operations, mitigates risk, resolves technical issues, and directs critical incident response.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, department heads, and organizational leaders to promote customer satisfaction.
- Aligns IT processes to policies, maintains regulatory and security compliance, and improves service metrics.
- Develops roadmaps and business cases; provides executive summaries.
- Manages capital and operating budgets; identifies margin improvement opportunities.
- Fosters vendor relationships; negotiates contracts and renewal agreements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Information Technology or a related field required
- Master's Degree Information Technology or a related field preferred
- 8-10 years Related technical experience required
- 5-7 years Experience leading technical teams with proven outcome success required
- 1-2 years Project execution experience required

- To perform this job successfully, the individual should have strong working knowledge of Google and Microsoft productivity tools.
