Position Purpose:
General Maintenance and repair for Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC systems. Other tasks as assigned by supervisor(s), which are necessary for the function of the hospital, which the employee is deemed competent to perform to include routine maintenance and minor construction to any property owned or leased by the hospital. Goals are to meet occupants comfort needs and the requirements of governmental and licensing agencies in performing routine and preventative maintenance as well as repairs to the equipment. Completing any work order or task assigned in a professional manner in a reasonable time frame.
