Medical Assistants at NOHN support diverse care teams and are key contributors in providing patient-centered, quality-driven, whole-person healthcare services accessible to everyone in our community. You will be a main point of contact for our patients both in person, over the phone, and via EPIC, our electronic medical record.

Based on your licensure and experience we offer the following:
- MA-R offers start at $21/hour signing and retention bonuses
- There is a repayment agreement in place if you go through our training program. 2-year employment commitment following receiving Medical Assistant Certification.
- MA-C offers start at $22/hour signing and retention bonuses
- All employees are eligible for annual, performance-based, merit increases
All full-time MAs, regardless of licensure or experience, are eligible for the following benefits:
- $3,500 in signing and retention bonuses over your first 12 months
- 4% contribution to your 401(k) regardless of your personal contribution
- 8 paid holidays per year
- 144 hours of PTO per year
- Employee health, dental, and vision premiums covered 100% by NOHN
- Dependent child(ren) medical premium paid 100% by NOHN
- $50/month contribution to a personal Health Reimbursement Account
