Under the direction of the Director of Educational Services, the Instructional Coach is responsible for supporting Career Technical Education (CTE) goals, initiatives, pathways, and programs of the North Orange County Regional Occupational Program (NOCROP). The Instructional Coach provides support focused on enhancing and expanding secondary and post-secondary career pathways. Additionally, the Instructional Coach will guide and support CTE instructors in delivering assessments, curriculum, and instruction according to the elements of a high-quality CTE program. The Instructional Coach collaborates with stakeholders to support program activities, goals, objectives, and outcomes while ensuring accountability for program deliverables. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & TRAINING:
1. Candidates may qualify for the position with the possession of one of the following credentials:
A. Clear Designated Subjects Career Technical Educational Credential
B. Clear Single Subject
C. Clear Multiple Subject
2. A minimum of five years of teaching experience is required
3. Experience in the field of Career Technical Education, adult education, or distance learning is desirable
4. Experience as a Lead or Teacher Mentor is highly desirable
