Front Desk
Location: North Pacific Endodontics. 2401 E. 42nd Ste 104 Anchorage
Compensation: 24$/hr and up
Employment Type: Full time (32-40 hrs per week)
This is a position where you will be well trained and compensated. Compensation starts at $24/hr and goes up depending on experience. The owners are appreciative doctors, we have a fun small work environment, a bonus system, and modern treatment modalities. One year of experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. We have moved into a new space and are looking for one front desk employee to join our other front desk employees.
As an endodontic office, we specialize in root canals. Focusing on only one thing allows us to hire quick learners who are detailed oriented and have them feel comfortable quickly. We carefully guard a positive work environment with mutual respect among the staff.
There are three doctors to schedule for. This position requires excellent customer service, professional presentation, the need to be flexible, computer skills, and strong organization skills. You will be trained by a top of the line customer service company at our expense.
Job Description: Typical duties include but are not limited to the following:
· High level of customer service to patients and our referring offices
· Answering phones
· Scheduling patients
· Emailing the doctors referrals and radiographs
· Checking patients in and out
· Detail oriented
· A good sense of general organization
Hours:
9:30am – 5:30pm
Paid Holidays:
Six paid holidays
