Duties and Responsibilities
Summary
- Teach a course load of three per semester within the School of Business and Nonprofit Management (SBNM)
- Advise undergraduate students
- Attend SBNM faculty meetings
- Attend full-faculty meetings
Required
- Have a minimum of a master's degree in marketing or related field.
- Have extensive professional experience.
- Possess a clear understanding and personal commitment to North Park University’s mission of Christian higher education.
- Be customer friendly and hospitable.
- 10 years of professional experience in marketing, including areas such as:
- Marketing technology (e-commerce platforms, content management systems, digital analytics, email marketing platforms) and artificial intelligence (AI)
- Content Marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Digital Advertising
- Social Media Marketing
- Project Management, including Agile methodologies
- Web design and development
- Data analytics and reporting
- Digital Media o Product strategy and development
- Non-profit marketing and donor outreach
- Have demonstrated excellence in:
- Curriculum development/enhancement,
- Undergraduate and Graduate teaching, and
- Academic advising.
