Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the dental office, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
- Supervise and train office staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Oversee financial management tasks including budgeting, billing, and collections to maintain fiscal health.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of dental records and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Coordinate managed care processes, including insurance verification and claims submission.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans, financial options, and appointment scheduling.
- Stay updated dental terminology and industry best practices to support staff training and patient education.
Experience
- Previous experience in a dental office needed .
- Strong knowledge of dental office management principles, including financial management and fiscal oversight.
- Familiarity with insurance processes is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to supervise staff effectively while promoting teamwork and a positive workplace culture.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing dental records and office operations.
