Job Title : Finance Coordinator Job Grade : Full-Time
Department Weekday Preschool Reports to : ` Director of Weekday
FLSA : Non-exempt
Job Summary :
Responsible for all revenues for the Weekday Preschool and reports discrepancies to NPHX Finance Department and Weekday Director. Covers all office duties as needed, which could include, but not limited to; Opening or closing the school, making morning and afternoon snack, laundry, staff breaks.
Duties
- Fills in for the Weekday Director or Assistant Directors in their absence
- Active member of the Weekday Administrative Team
o Attends meetings as scheduled
o Weekly and monthly billing of clients
o Credit Weekday accounts twice a week
o Make deposits twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday)
o Prepare reports for the Finance Department
Weekly and monthly
o Attends training as needed
o Attends training as needed
o Attends training as needed
o Clients who are in arrears
o Deposits into Weekday account
o All other information that concerns Weekday Finances
o Through weekly emails
i. Invoices
ii. Accounts in arrears
o ACSTO, First Things First scholarships, and ESA
o Immunizations that are due
o Answers questions or concerns about billing
o Sets up for Concierge every Thursday
o Sets up and gives tours of the weekday preschool
o Attends training as needed
o Input waitlist families, billing plans, additional charges, credits, etc.
o Maintains and provides
immunization records
Completes and sends a yearly immunization report to the state
Qualifications :
Born again Christian (Member of NPHX Church preferred)
Degree preferred in ECE or another field related to finance. Experience is considered without a degree.
Three years or more of experience in accounts receivable and / or accounts payable
Applicants with less than three years of experience will be considered if they have successfully completed college courses in the area of business, accounting, finance or a closely related field.
