- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Perform vehicle inspections and communicate findings to customers
- Provide accurate estimates for automotive repairs and services
- Schedule appointments and manage work orders
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Upsell additional services or recommended repairs to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized service area
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance
- Familiarity with air brake systems and auto body repair is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in using computer software for scheduling and invoicing purposes
