Qualifications Include
- 60 college credits or passing grade on the paraprofessional Praxis required
- Ability to work productively in a collaborative setting
- Experience with students preferred
- Bilingual preferred
- Assists with individualized instruction
- Works with small groups of students under the supervision of the classroom teacher
- Reinforce material initially introduced by the teacher
- Complete data collection forms in order to support student progress
- Assist students with projects, activities, crafts, curriculum tasks, etc.
- Assists in supervision of (playground, etc.)
- Performs other appropriate duties as assigned by the classroom teacher, Principal, Assistant Principal, Supervisor, or Director
