Job Description
Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapy Specialist
Job Specialty : Physical Therapy Assistant
Job Duration : 13 weeks
Shift : Monday-Friday, Days
Guaranteed Hours : 32 per week
Experience : New graduates are welcome; experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is preferred
License : State License Verification required
Certifications : PPD or Quantiferon test, or proof of positive PPD with Chest X-Ray
Must-Have : COVID test 72 hours prior to the start date with results issued 48 hours prior
Job Description :
- Ensure prescreen is completed and attached when submitting your application.
- Resume and license verification must be attached; failure to do so will result in the candidate being declined.
- Conduct and submit the following background checks and searches :
- State license verification
- Three professional references
- County, federal, and multi-state criminal searches (covering the last 7 years or more)
- Nationwide sex offender search (covering the last 7 years or more)
- HHS / OIG search
- GSA search
- Social security number trace
- SAM search
- Virginia State Police background check
- Complete mandated reporter form and sworn statement.
- Must not require bilingual capability.
- Holiday coverage is not required.
