What are the responsibilities and job description for the Breakfast Server position at North Point Hospitality Group?
Essential Functions:
- Set up the buffet daily, ensuring that all items are well-stocked, and break down the buffet after service
- Greet the guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness
- Serve water and/or coffee upon greeting the table
- Serve guests with food and drink orders while they are in the dining area and replenish as necessary
- Clear tables during breakfast using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware in a timely manner
- Observes guests to fulfill any additional request and to perceive when meal has been completed
- Control quality and consistency of all food served
- Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
- Total checks and accepts payment or refer guests to cashier
Please note that the working hours for this position start at 5:30am.

None
Work Environment: Semi-professional work environment requiring uniform dress. Requires frequent interaction with guests and other employees. Routinely uses standard restaurant equipment, point of sale system. Exposure to heat, various food types.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
