SUMMARY:
As part of the North Point team, the Remote Sales Manager is responsible for the following:
Essential Functions:
- Prospect, develop, and close a high volume of customer inquiries for group travel for multiple properties while ensuring each guest feels taken care of in a professional and friendly manner.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Solicits existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections, and written communication.
- Work closely with hotel teams to ensure flawless execution of guest stays.
- Stay ahead of market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Meets productivity goals as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of Hotel sales experience or minimum of 3 years of general hotel experience.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- High level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
