What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Coordinator position at North Point Hospitality Group?
Essential Functions:
Coordinates all aspects of guest experiences including confirming guest reservations, communicating with other departments to meet guest service requests.
- Communicates with potential clients and provides information as needed.
- Handle group room blocks from start to finish to include creating group room blocks, balancing room type inventory, communicating upcoming cut-off dates, inputting rooming list reservations, reservation edits and group audits.
- Intercepting sales inquiries.
- Conducts research as needed.
- Supports marketing and sales efforts through direct outreach or participation in sales events.
