What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Engineer position at North Point Hospitality?
As part of the NPH Team, the Property Engineer contributes to an excellent guest experience by
performing basic repairs and addressing guest needs in a timely and supportive manner.
Essential Functions :
- Follows guest room preventive maintenance checklist
- Completes room preventive maintenance and ensures that on completion the room is
clean and all materials removed
grout, caulking, tightening loose toilet seats, performing minor plumbing / electrical
repair, painting or wall repairs
manager / supervisor
Supervisory Responsibility :
None
Work Environment : This role requires work both indoors and outdoors, may require work in
confined spaces and in potentially hazardous conditions such as working on electrical
equipment.
