Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Leasing Agent at North Point Management Corp in the Indianapolis, IN area. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for day-to-day property management tasks, leasing apartments, conducting property tours, handling tenant inquiries, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. They will also be involved in marketing and promoting the properties to attract new residents and maintain high occupancy rates.
Qualifications
- Leasing, and Tenant Relations skills
- Experience in conducting property tours and handling tenant inquiries
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
- Marketing and Promotional skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with property management software is a plus ( Rent Manager/ ILUV Leasing)
- Assist with Collections
- Complies with and enforces all company policies and procedures
- Responsible for all resident relations: manage concerns/complaints; oversee general communications; event coordination; etc.
- Walking vacant units and continually assessing building/property needs
- Schedule and attend all required inspections
- Coordinates turnovers, make-readies and move-out process
- Complete/Analyze weekly/monthly reporting as required
- Bi-Lingual professional encouraged
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
