Required Skills:
- 7 years of experience with Agile Software Development and Scrum
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
- Ability to work with and lead a team
- Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
- Understanding of all stages of the SDLC
- Experience with SAFe Agile Methodologies
- Technical background in Software Development
- In-depth knowledge of Machine Learning/AI solutions
- Technical background in Software Development
- In-depth knowledge of Machine Learning/AI solutions
- Experience delivering Enterprise Software
- Experience with Cloud Computing and Hybrid On-Prem solutions
- Active Top-Secret SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or equivalent experience
- Scrum Master or other Agile certification
- Information Assurance certification (like Security )
