Highlights of the Resident Care Coordinator Position:
- Must have 3-5 years of healthcare related experience
- Assist in scheduling the Care Partners to ensure full coverage of all shifts and reducing and/or eliminating overtime or agency use
- Responsible for maintaining a 4-week rolling master care schedule
- Knowledge and understanding of block scheduling
