Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to executives and team members, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using dealer software and manage basic office finances.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Google Suite and other software tools.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
Skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with experience in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy in all communications.
- Previous experience in office management or as a personal assistant is advantageous.
- Strong typing skills with the ability to produce high-quality documents quickly.
- Experience as a dental receptionist is beneficial but not mandatory.
