About the Role: Quality Improvement Specialist:
Join our dynamic team as a Quality Improvement Specialist, where youll play a key role in driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Youll collaborate across departments to maintain clinical documentation standards and support the organizations commitment to excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a vital team member, supporting deadline management, scheduling, and preparation for audits and major projects.
- Collaborate on quality improvement (QI) initiatives for internal programs and external regulatory entities, ensuring accurate documentation of QI activities.
- Conduct quality control functions, and audits, and assist in developing corrective plans or improvement strategies.
- Analyze and report results from chart reviews, program performance, and other criteria as needed.
- Support departments in maintaining documentation standards and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to organization-wide efforts to monitor and improve program-specific quality measures.
- Perform prescribed audits and fidelity reviews, identifying areas for improvement and supporting relevant projects.
- Lead and participate in process improvement activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collect, enter, and manage data for regulatory reporting and compliance purposes.
- Prepare and review data for surveys, evaluations, and reports.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative professionals to address quality-related concerns.
- Ensure deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and to the highest standards. Undertake additional duties as assigned to support the organizations mission.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in human services, social sciences, business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in a clinical setting or experience in data analysis and report writing.
- Proven experience working in collaborative, data-driven environments. Process improvement expertise is strongly preferred.
