We provide comprehensive medical care, digital radiography, routine and orthopedic surgical care, dental prophylaxis with radiography, mass removals, ultrasounds, in-house lab work/diagnostics, and more.
Our goal is to practice the highest quality medicine and surgery with compassion and an emphasis on client education.
**Hours of Operation**
Monday & Friday: 8 am - 6 pm
Wednesday: 8 am - 7 pm
Tuesday & Thursday: 8 am - 7 pm
Saturday: 8 am - Noon
We are closed on Sundays
**Job Responsibilities**
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Animal restraint
- Triage of incoming patients
- Collection and analysis of lab samples
- Diagnostic imaging
- Nursing care of medical and hospitalized cases
- Administration of medications
- Effective communication of treatment plans with clients
- Surgical preparation and assistance
- Anesthetic management
The successful candidate must be able to withstand unpleasant odors and noises.
They may be exposed to bites, scratches, animal waste and potentially contagious diseases.
**Qualifications**
We are seeking a certified veterinary technician with an active license and at least one year of professional experience.
Key qualifications include:
- Consistent punctuality and reliability
- Availability to work Saturdays
- Excellent client communication and medical record management skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of veterinary procedures and hospital operations
- Expertise in safe and low-stress animal restraint techniques
