CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR
The purpose of this position is to oversee the customer service operations of the City's Water Department. This is accomplished by supervising Utility Service Representatives, selecting and hiring appropriate customer service employees, conducting performance evaluations as required, assessing training needs, providing training to new employees, assisting employees as necessary, processing accounts with bankruptcy issues, responding to customer concerns and inquiries and overseeing payments of accounts. Other duties may include preparing daily, bi-weekly and monthly reconciliation reports or reimbursement requests, entering payroll for employees and interacting with citizens and other City employees. This position provides direction to other employees.

What We're Looking For
- A minimum of three years working in an office environment involving extensive customer service interaction with the general public.
- Two year associate's degree with an emphasis in general business, management, accounting, finance or a related field.
- At least three years of supervisory experience.
- Valid Texas Class C Drivers License.
