OFFICE MANAGER
This position provides high-level administrative, financial, and operational oversight for the Police Department, ensuring fiscal accountability and efficiency. Responsibilities include:

Typical Work Schedule: This position will work Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM generally with a possibility of modifications from time to time.
- Managing the department’s annual budget, monitoring expenditures, analyzing financial variances, and providing data-driven recommendations to optimize resource allocation.
- Directly supervising the Police Records Technician assigned to administration and provides oversight for administrative technicians throughout the department, ensuring consistency and efficiency in administrative operations.
- Performing complex clerical, technical, and administrative support duties, including maintaining accurate records, drafting meeting agendas and correspondence, overseeing the department calendar, conducting research, compiling data, analyzing spreadsheets, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel.
- Leading the planning and execution of major departmental events and high-profile projects, supporting executive leadership in enhancing overall department effectiveness.

What We're Looking For:
- Two-year associate’s degree or equivalent with an emphasis in Finance or Business Administration.
- At least four years of executive assistant, budget or accounting experience.
- Type 50 words per minute corrected. Notary Public.
