We are looking for a highly accomplished Maintenance Director for our 320-bed building that operates as a Skilled Nursing Facility. This position will earn a competitive hourly pay range between $39-$44 per hour. The Maintenance Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the physical plant. Responsible for all functions required to keep the physical facility in good repair and safe for residents, staff, and visitors. Conducts a variety of preventative and restorative maintenance duties. Additionally, is responsible for negotiating and contracting with outside vendors. Follows established Federal, State, County, and City codes and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR
2 years of experience in healthcare-related maintenance and plant operations.
Motivation of experience supervising others including setting performance expectations, coaching, motivating, promoting collaboration and teamwork, promoting company culture, managing change, providing performance feedback, delegating effectively, resolving conflicts, etc.
In addition, will need a proven track record of installing new procedures for spending, approvals, and projects
The desired candidate may hold an MS, BA, or PG.
Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
Ability to operate Windows 10 computer, read, write, and speak English.
The ideal candidate will have performed the job duties of Maintenance Director in a Skilled Nursing Facility and have experience using an electronic work order system.
